que<BR>el administrador(es) de la red haya puesto ciertas políticas en el software<BR>que no permiten instalar otros programas por motivos de seguridad. Como<BR>administrador de redes conozco la importancia de establecer políticas pues<BR>si no, por muy bueno que sea el software los usuarios van a tener problemas.<BR>No creo que los desarrolladores de Microsoft se tomen el tiempo de<BR>desarrollar un software específico para una comunidad alejada que tenga este<BR>tipo de restricciones. Lo que si es muy probable es que sea el mismo<BR>software utilizado en otros lugares solo que con algunas políticas locales<BR>(en la computadora cliente) o en el servidor que restringen algunos derechos<BR>a los usuarios.
