about the problems of establishing connectivity in <st1:country-region w:st="on">India</st1:country-region>,
<st1:country-region w:st="on">Ghana</st1:country-region>, and <st1:country-region
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Kenya</st1:place></st1:country-region> at some
research institutes and university faculties. The second, “After
the Fact,” is the follow-up we promised for <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Tunis</st1:place></st1:State>, screened at the side event (“Past,
Present, and Future of Research in the Information Society” and the
exhibition itself). It deals with problems of maintenance and connectivity
