It’s about the problems of establishing connectivity in <st1:country-region w:st="on">India</st1:country-region>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Ghana</st1:country-region>, and <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Kenya</st1:place></st1:country-region> at some research institutes and university faculties. The second, “After the Fact,” is the follow-up we promised for <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Tunis</st1:place></st1:State>, screened at the side event (“Past, Present, and Future of Research in the Information Society” and the exhibition itself). It deals with problems of maintenance and connectivity in the African context.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
