<P>Thanks for your indication of other sources about ECHELON. Unfurtunately these sources are somehow outdated. As far as the debates on ECHELON in the European Parliament are concerned, there was a second round in 2001/2002 which was far more intense as I shortly mentioned it in my previous e-mails.</P>
