ressembler<BR>comme deux gouttes d'eau au précédent, voire à <BR>être pire tant le Bureau actuel est sous domination<BR>d'intérêt anglosaxon et l'on n'y peut rien (voir<BR>simplement le peu de cas qui est fait aux langues des<BR>débats autre que l'anglais). <BR>Je pose le problème de la représentativité sociale<BR>(organisation représentant les intérêts des pays<BR>pauvres) et régionale réelle et non représentée<BR>par des diasporas (composante trés à la mode ...<BR>heureux sont ceux qui ont pu s'éloigner de la misère<BR>et qui de loin vont disposer de nouveaux pouvoirs de<BR>représentativité des populations qu'ils ont<BR>délaissées !<BR>Je pose aussi le problème du momentum : pourquoi ne<BR>pas avoir lancé ce débat à Tunis où il y avait des<BR>milliers de participants et laisser ce débat entre<BR>les mains de quelques initiés qui ont toutes les<BR>clefs du débat et des décisions.<BR>Enfin il va falloir faire le tri des
