<P>I'd be very interested in attending this meeting, since its topic will be one of the themes dealt with by the "Colloque de Strasbourg", an annual event on WSIS and Info Society issues, which will take place on May 18th and 19th in Strasbourg (see programme attached -sorry, in french). The ""Colloque" will be held in french only. If some of you are interested in that event please let me know. .</P>
<P>As far as the WFUNA Conference is concerned, unfortunately neither my NGO (CSDPTT) nor our research team can't afford to pay the expenses for attending it. Therefore my question : will there be (free ?) proceedings of the debates from this event ? </P>
