<P>Je m'associe volontiers à ton hommage aux femmes au nom de CSDPTT. Notre association travaille depuis des années en partenariat avec des associations locales et villageoises en Afrique de l'Ouest, et nous savons compter sur les femmes africaines pour assurer aux réalisations -entreprises de commun accord- la permanence et la durabilité. De ma longue expérience personnelle sur le terrain des réseaux en Afrique j'ai tiré depuis longtemps la leçon : le réveil de l'Afrique ne se fera pas sans les femmes.Et lorsque l'Afrique se réveillera, les femmes seront les garantes de l'évolution nécessaire et maîtrisable.</P>
