<P class=style11 style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Le Fonds mondial de Solidarité Numérique (FSN) assure le financement d'équipements, de formations et de services dans le domaine des technologies de l'information (radio, téléphone, télévision, informatique, Internet, etc.). </P>
<P class=style11 style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">L'objectif est de réaliser les programmes nationaux de développement en répondant aux besoins de développement des collectivités locales dans le domaine des TIC. </P>
<P class=style11 style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Le FSN soutient les projets communautaires s'inscrivant dans une politique nationale. La coopération Sud-Sud est privilégiée.</P>
<P class=style11 style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><STRONG>Les ressources du FSN sont attribuées selon la répartition suivante : </STRONG></P>

<LI class=style11>60 % dans les pays les moins avancés
<LI class=style11>30% dans les autres pays en développement
<LI class=style11>10 % dans les pays en transition et développés </LI></UL></DIV>
<P class=style11><STRONG>Sur la base de critères définis, le FSN appuie trois domaines d'actions prioritaires :</STRONG></P>
<UL>
<LI class=style11>l'éducation, la formation professionnelle et la santé
<LI class=style11>la fourniture de services aux administrations locales
<LI class=style11>la création de nouvelles activités, de nouveaux emplois, de nouveaux revenus et de nouveaux marchés </LI></UL>
<P class=style11><STRONG>Examen des demandes et traçabilité des contributions </STRONG></P>
<P class=style11>Les demandes de financement sont traitées par le Conseil exécutif du FSN sur proposition du Comité scientifique et de <EM>l'Agence internationale pour la solidarité numérique </EM>à Lyon. </P>
<P class=style11>L'<EM>Agence </EM> aide les collectivités à formuler et à mettre en œuvre leur politique locale en matière de TIC. Elle appuie le montage de partenariats publics-privés, évalue les projets et conseille les partenaires engagés dans la solidarité numérique. </P>
<P class=style11>La traçabilité des contributions au FSN est assurée en amont et en aval par un audit externe.</P>
