<P>However, as far as the content of your message is concerned, I'm more doubtful. Especially about your statement that reads :</P>

<P>In my opinion and as far as I's informed by some media, "Internet policy-dreamers" would better translate the reality of this IGF.... This isn't a surprise for any "WSIS veteran" ! Since the IGF wasn't given any decision-making function by the WSIS !<BR><BR>Am I wrong, or criticizing as a usual ? Please see the TelecomTV Special Report on this event on</P>
