Indeed, it seems justified to bring this very important issue to the

I fully concur with you <br>
There are two questions at stake there :<br>
1/ <b>Internet Neutrality </b>is under attack in the US<br>
2/ <b>Privacy. </b> <br>
In order to stop the P2P Bittorent, the technique ( I read a technical
article about it,<br>
some weeks ago ) involve replacing your own answer to the tracker,<br>
by a<b> forged answer </b>telling that you are quitting the swarm.<br>
<br>
This is quite unbelievable... first interception of your answer, and
then replacing<br>
a yes for a no. <br>
<br>
Internet Neutrality is also under further attack in the US<br>

Peter
Svensson, reporting for The Associated Press, writes: "Comcast Corp.
actively interferes with attempts by some of its high-speed Internet
subscribers to share files online, a move that runs counter to the
tradition of treating all types of Net traffic equally. The
interference, which The Associated Press confirmed through nationwide
tests, is the most drastic example yet of data discrimination by a US
Internet service provider."<br>
