Greetings from Bangladesh NGOs Network for Radio and
Communication.<br><br>
</b>You are informed that Community Radio is going to be open-up in
Bangladesh very soon. The Ministry of Information earlier formed a
Community Radio Related Ministerial Committee headed by Director General
of Bangladesh Radio. The committee prepared the Concept Paper, Draft
Policy and Application Form on Community Radio and accordingly submitted
to the ministry of information. <br><br>
You will be happy to know that the ministry took the submitted documents
as their own policy documents on community radio and has sent them
to another five ministries/ commission for their comments. After
receiving the comments an inter-ministry meeting will be held. <br><br>
I am sending here with the Concept Paper, Draft Policy for your
information.<br><br>
