Some elements can be contained in the informal written contribution that CONGO sent to the CSTD Intersession Panel (November 2007, see <a onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)" href="http://www.ngocongo.org/files/ngo_written_contribution_to_the_cstd_intersession_panel_v_2.doc" target="_blank">here</a>). </span></font></p>
