Right to Information Ordinance 2008, has prepared a preliminary draft
after reviewing the Law Commission report on right to information and the
existing laws of the SAARC countries.<br><br>
The preliminary draft ( Bangla) has been put on the information ministry
website

</b> seeking public opinion on it.<br><br>
Any interested person on the issue can put forward his or her opinion or
recommendations on it until March 23 through email to
