programme for the 11th session of the United Nations Commission on
Science
and Technology for Development (CSTD). I am also attaching an "Aide
Memoire" for delegations attending the session at ministerial level
and an issues note for the Ministerial Segment. </font>

States of the United Nations - both members and non-members of the
CSTD-, as well as representatives from intergovernmental organizations
and from NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC. Civil society and
business entities that were accredited to WSIS can also participate in
this session. </font>
