Could someone explains what is the <b>OECD Civil society reference
group</b> ?<br>

Is it an open ended group ?<br>
Is there a coordination and some governance in this group ?<br>
<br>
The only thing I could find about this <b>reference group</b><br>
( yet another creative name ) on Google is the<br>

Internet Governance Forum, and the Global Alliance) as one of the
entities to invite to the Ministerial.</i><br>
