With my modest experience, and I can be mistaken, I note that UN Systems in some africa countries , like sub regional Area of Central Africa, do not take part in the
implementation of WSIS results in participative approach .
When we look at all these main trends of WSIS, we notice that UN Systems are facilateurs or coordinators of each cluster. Paradoxically, in our respective countries and, more
particularly, centrl africa sub regional area,  UN systems involvment are not at all perceptible.
Each time we implement projects to benefit of  target groups
near these agencies, we meet either a silence or nonpolished but which
discourages.<br><br>Baudouin<br><br><br><div class="gmail_quote">2008/6/13 Philippe Dam &lt;<a href="mailto:philippe.dam@ngocongo.org">philippe.dam@ngocongo.org</a>&gt;:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="border-left: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); margin: 0pt 0pt 0pt 0.8ex; padding-left: 1ex;">
