<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><STRONG><EM>Lo anticipaba hace una semana, y al final… pisamos el acelerador y ya tenemos luz verde para anunciar la celebración del II Encuentro Internacional de Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación para el desarrollo. El año pasado fue una primera aproximación pero dándolo todo. En este II Encuentro tendremos un cartel de primera con responsables y expertos del Banco Mundial, Naciones Unidas, AECID, Agencia Suiza de Cooperación al Desarrollo, las entidades africanas Meraka, la Asociación para el Progreso de las Comunicaciones, y W3C entre otros organismos intervinientes.</EM></STRONG></DIV>
