est né à Genève en 2003, lors de la 1ère phase du SMSI,<span style=""> </span>par la
volonté des africains, présents à ce grand Rendez-vous mondial et historique.
<br>ACSIS a un cadre légal et règlementaire qui régit son fonctionnement en tant q'une association étrangère de droit Sénégal. Il a<span style=""> </span>à sa <span style=""> </span>tête
une Présidence soutenue par <span style=""> </span>les
Coordinations Sous-régionales et Nationales, sans oublier la Diaspora africaine.<br></font>
<p style="font-family: comic sans ms;" class="MsoNormal"><font size="2">Nos décisions et positions se prennent de façon collégiale
et consensuelle. <span style=""> </span>C’est pour dire qu’il y
a<span style=""> </span>les fauteurs des troubles dans toutes
les sociétés, nous avons aussi noté qu’il y a des personnes qui ont crée des
associations dans leurs pays avec la dénomination d’ACSIS tout court, sans aucune définition littéraire et sans impliquer ACSIS mère dans leur Association. </font><font size="2">Dieu merci la différence est tranchée, car,il s'agit pour nous d<span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;">'African Civil Society for the Information Society ( ACSIS) ( Network on ICT4D) ce qui n'est pas le cas avec ces personnes.</span></font><font size="2"><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"></span></font></p><p style="font-family: comic sans ms;" class="MsoNormal"><font size="2"> Dieu merci encore, ces derniers n'ont pas tenu compte de nos règles et procèdures, la preuve, ils se sont auto proclamés des Présidents au sein de leur ACSIS; alors que chez nous, il ya un seul Président au niveau Régional et des Coordonnateurs au niveau sous-régional et national. <br></font></p><p style="font-family: comic sans ms;"
class="MsoNormal"><font size="2"> Ce sont d'ailleurs ceux là que vous trouverez dans toutes les listes
de discussion <span style=""> </span>entrain de réagir, prendre des positions et font des publications au nom d’ACSIS pour sèmer la confusion. <br></font></p><p style="font-family: comic sans ms;" class="MsoNormal"><font size="2"><span style="font-weight: bold;"></span><br></font></p>

attention à ce genre de phénomènes, certes, mais cela ne doit pas freiner le
