sont exceptionnellement avancés au 2 avril 09, en virtuel, à l’occasion du
G20.</P>
<P>Conformément aux recommandations des assises du numérique de sensibiliser les
femmes et les hommes politiques à l’importance de l’innovation en période de
crise, il était impératif de porter à la connaissance des membres du G20
" l’innovation du siècle " qui permet a chacun de disposer de son
identité par lui même c’est cette maîtrise de l’identité numérique dont
s’est préoccupé l’association </SPAN><A href="http://www.capucine.net/"><FONT
size=2><SPAN lang=FR>Capucine.net</FONT></SPAN></A><SPAN lang=FR> </P>
<P>Ce dispositif pourrait, entre autre, permettre d’équilibrer une économie de
marché international, qui a conduit à la défiance et par conséquent à la crise
actuelle, faute de régulation, malgré les lois, les normes et les
réglementations.</P>
<P>En effet création d’une économie de services dans un climat de confiance,
s'appuyant sur des "standards techniques et des normes sociales", contribuerait
à une liberté d’usage des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication,
associée à l’appel d’Edgar Morin pour les </SPAN><A
href="http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5fc3a_appel-dedgar-morin-pour-les-biens-c_webcam"><SPAN
lang=FR>biens communs</SPAN></A><SPAN lang=FR>. <BR>Les deux économies en
ligne (Marche et Services) seraient alors régulées par les autorités de
certifications qui constitueraient, dans ces domaines, un début de gouvernance
mondiale.</P>
<P>C’est pourquoi tout au long de la journée du 2 Avril 09 des conférences (de
presse aussi) seront organisées autour de l’Identité numérique, de la propriété
intellectuelle et de la protection des données personnelles. Ce sera de
démonstrations en ligne de dématérialisation de documents à valeur probante,
(Carte d’identité, Carte de santé, documents administratifs, juridiques
etc .) au moyen d’une Carte Verte Universelle labellisée Capucine. </P>
