remarquer qu'ACSIS n'est pas une propriété privée ou alors une
propriété de droit monarchique.<br><br>Personne n'a le droit de
s'arroger plus des prérogatives qu'une autre, il y a eu élection et
tout doit se passer selon les normes démocratiques.<br>
