[Privsec] Parallel event @ Tunis Summit?

I've been contacted by several persons on and off this list in 
regards to organizing  an "information security" session/panel of 
some kind at the summit in Tunis. it would be a great thing to do

is there interest by some or all on this list to participate in an 
event - if so,  something i'd be keen to see happen. May I propose 
two things to this group:

1.  a discussion on an event, and if it's something this WG wants to do
2. If there is agreement - that a small coordinating team be 
established to plan and move this forward.

In terms of logistics -

For such an event to be organized it requires that an "already 
accredited organization" put in the short "parallel session" booking 
request by the April 30th session.

What the "parallel event" would be , how it would be structured and 
how long it would be (1 hr, 2 hrs, or the whole day?) are things that 
need to be discussed...What we need as a minimum - for the april 30th 
deadline is  is a title , organizers, room size and how long the 
session would be.
