[Privsec] Cybersecurity conference in June [ RESENDING - II]

(note - resent as thought a clearer subject line was called for. note 
the event is @ end of June and not may as I mention in my first line)


As you can see (way below) i've been exchanging a few emails with 
Richard Shaw at the ITU who's the person organizing the Cybersecurity 
conference this may.

In summary - Didn't get any news nor update from Deborah, but did get 
an email from Richard Shaw at the ITU. There is interest to 
participate and form part of the planning group - this is good. In 
terms of next steps ,  i'd like to ask the chairs and WG for 
instructions as to how to proceed next.

There are two points that i'd like the chairs, and list as a whole to 
follow-up on - they are as follows:
