yes, it's bob shaw (richard hill's the ITU rep on the WGIG)

i think we should think about having someone there who can follow this in 
the context of WGIG also (cluster 2 papers - pretty awful on cybercrime)

for sure the WGIG will make some kind of recommendations or give 
indications of directions for governments on dealing with 'cybercrime' etc..

haven't followed the loop - i would be keen to go if i'm around, but have a 
feeling i'm not.. and i don't think i'm a priority and certainly don't want 
to be a speaker..

anyway, all sounds good..
