Oh, I thought it would also be a comment to WGIG... But the debate
around WHOIS is pretty well-known and going on everywhere, so my intention 
was to focus on some issues that are easier forgotten, but not least 
important. But I know, next time I will really try to sent out the draft 
earlier.

Alexander Dix has also stressed WHOIS in the WGIG comment of the 
International Working Group on Data Protection in Telecommunications (see 
attachment).
