[Privsec] registration process for WSIS/Tunis

A couple of updates on this topic:

1. I approached Charles Geiger, the executive director of the WSIS 
preparatory process that CS would like to meet him in regards to a 
security briefing for the summit. He's open to have a meeting - thus, we 
need to organize a quick summary of our concerns, and what dates we would 
be available to meet with him in the next few days.


2.  In today's civil society bureau meeting this afternoon .Renate Bloem 
casually mentioned that the privacy & security issues of summit 
registration , badges, etc - has been raised in past meetings with the 
executive secretariat.

the comment is that the geneva "system" will be used again, but in a more 
open and transparent fashion. That that means - i don't know

i am thus confused and not sure exactly what will be done as charles 
geiger seemed open and Renate told me otherwise.

3. Also @ the CSB meeting the issue of summit security planning and 
logisitics has raised at an item to be raised at the upcoming CS 
bureau-government bureau meeting to be held on the 17th.
