[Privsec] WSIS meetings calendar

attaching the following document that raised the issue of security 
with the government structure is planning and coordinating the wsis 
process and can decide on summit issues.

would appreciate any comments, including specific questions we should 
ask the governments and un related organizations - as we are 
"selling" to the governments that we have real world class experts 
willing to help.
