SV: [Privsec] FYI: first CS arab intervention in plenary

it was :-) all the nearby Arabic delegates turned at once to see who the f.. was speaking..

all in all, it was a very good and coordinated CS intervention today. 

I have just send the HR statement to the WGIG to be posted on the website,
