yes - we proposed simon, gus and rikke to the Non Commercial Users 
Consituency of ICANN - who, support in theory but have no money to bring people

also, we have no guarantee of getting anyone into the meeting (i will be 
attending the ICANN meeting)

yes, i think short of getting anyone into the meeting, we have to talk to 
our own GAC reps
