Although i can't refer to details of the WGIG report yet (embargo til the
secgen sends it to ambassador karklins and itsumi (ITU), out mid next week
we hope) - i can tell you that this push made it's way into the WGIG
deliberations as well.
I think we fended it off there - at least in terms of explicit
recommendations re the Treaty, but certainly be ready for a big lobby
during negotiations during PrepCom III
