[Privsec] update: ITU Cybersecurity/Spam Event June 28-July 1 2005

Hi all,

attached see the latest version of the program Robert just got from the 
ITU folks.

The good news: We were finally able to get Gus in (and they even fund his 
trip), and Bruce Schneier will now give a keynote speech.
This was the result of heavy lobbying in front of and behind the scenes by 
Robert Guerra and myself. More was not possible, it seems.

Is anyone of this group besides Gus going to attend the meeting? Remember, 
we can speak out even if we're not on a panel. ;-)

I can't go due to other duties in my real-life job.
