[Privsec] another request from EPIC: Privacy in Tunisia?

EPIC is also desperately looking for somebody who could write the Tunisia 
chapter for the Privacy and Human Rights Survey. Cedric has already asked 
6 different people, he told me (I don't know whom).

Any ideas whom he also could ask?

It would be really important, because they want to release the survey 
right in time for the WSIS summit.

PS: I have told him that I'll do an update of the WSIS chapter after the 
WGIG report is released. I'll post the draft here for your feedback.
