Robert Guerra has asked Charles Geiger (WSIS-ES) and Tim Kelly (ITU SPU)
about this and has repeated our offer to be involved and help with
expertise. We're waiting for a reply.

- David, what about a more formal involvement of FIRST?
- I can certainly speak about the facts and fiction of "cyberwar" if they
want to so that far.
