[Privsec] cybersecurity meeting

I  conveyed the request in person to charles geiger, the executive 
director of the WSIS. I'm following up with him now to make sure it 
gets done.

I had asked others on the privsec to follow-up as well with ITU folks 
as well -  not sure it happened ? Will try to get some sort of direct 
answer from the ITU this week - and hope we can get more than just 
Bruce at the event in June.
