[Privsec] cybersecurity meeting

I'm interested as well - as i'd be keen to bring a perspective from
Canada as well as on the ground field work Privaterra is involved
with. That being said , i would place myself in a second tier .
Notable experts like Bruce, Alberto for me, would be a priority.
personally i would be keen to push the ITU cybersecurity planners not
only to invite some of Civil Society experts to the meeting, but
engage us in a more meaningful way. I'm more than happy to make the
initial connection , but after that - we'd need to decide who the
contact person on this WG the ITU should liaise with.
