[Privsec] Re: Lawful Access - Canadian Consultation

Why isn't this information available in digital format?  I don't understand 
the government's obsession with couriers.  Was there an explanation for 
this conduct?  I'm sure that EPIC and PI would like to have these documents 
on our websites to further discuss and disseminate this policy.
