[Privsec] Details of ITU/cybersecurity meeting

I just heard on the public voice teleconference that just concluded 
that Deborah Hurley will be chairing (part or all?) the ITU thematic 
meeting on cybersecurity that will be held @ the end of june 05.

Deborah -  several people this list, and others such as Bruce have 
expressed interest in participating in the thematic meeting. could 
you fill us in as to your role and how this CS space and others could 
propose speakers for the meeting.
