Thanks for getting right on this. You're a bit ahead of me, but it helps.
This was just finalized. I'll chair the three-day cybersecurity event and
someone else is chairing the one-day spam event that precedes it.
Doucement, we don't want to overwhelm the ITU. They are still in the
planning phases. This presents an opportunity and it would be wonderful to
have your input and participation. See

Who's on the WSIS Privacy and Security WG? In addition, when I was in
Tunisia for the human rights mission, among our many meetings we met with
the Tunisian National Agency for Computer Security. They could use help.
