[Privsec] overpasses for the summit

Hi all,

as you know, they have these transferrable overpasses because the summit 
plenary hall and other rooms fit only so many people.
We have been allocated

1 high-level panel overpass,
12 overpasses for the summit plenary on 16th November,
11 overpasses for the summit plenary on 17th and 18th November.

I will pick up the overpasses.
--> Everybody who wants one, please see me before the summit opens, which 
is at 10:00 on the 16th.

I'll be at the side-event organized by the Heinrich Böll Foundation 
"Towards a sustainable and inclusive Knowledge Society. How to get there 
from WSIS?", 16 November, 9-13 at KRAM, room "El Jem".

I suggest we meet there shortly before 9:00 SHARP. OK?

Of course, the passes will first go to the ones who had requested them 
personally. These are:

I heard Bruce Schneier and David Banisar are not coming, Pedro Mendizabal 
is still unclear. So we will have at least 4 overpasses for others who are 
there from this group. Please let me know if you need a pass. I would also 
like to reserve some for our speakers at the privacy panel during the 
Citizens' Summit on the 17th (see next mail).
