[Privsec] Introducing a new member

Dear all,

I would like to introduce a new member to this list.

Yurie Ito, from Japan, has been a member of the FIRST
Steering Committee since last June (FIRST being the
Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams).

She will be the new "point of contact" for FIRST in
the working group, even if I will stay a member.

I regret that I have not been able to be as active as
I wanted in the group, and I hope that Yurie will be
able to dedicate the time necessary until the Tunis
meeting and beyond (because there is a beyond, isn't
it?).

Our goal will still be to give a "security" flavour
to this PRIVSEC working group which is more "PRIV"
than "SEC".
