[Privsec] welcome new member / WHOIS

Hi all,

Rikke and I were at a "Privacy and Technology" workshop in Edinburg 
earlier this week. Among a number of interesting people, we met Caroline 
Wilson from the University of Southampton, who gave an insightful 
presentation about WHOIS and Privacy. As this has become a hot topic at 
ICANN and also in the WSIS/WGIG discussions, we have invited her to join 
this group.

So welcome, Caroline!
