[Privsec] feedback until 9:00: our statement on privacy & Internet governance

Dear all,

attached find my draft of our PrepCom intervention today's morning session 
of the WSIS PrepCom subcommittee A (Internet Governance). It is basically 
a remix of our comments to the WGIG, the Montreux Declaration of Data 
Protection Commissioners and yesterday's letter to the chairman of this 
subcommitte and the president of the PrepCom by the International Working 
Group on Data Protection in Telecommunications.

Please have a quick look at it and suggest any improvements that make the 
argument(s) flow better.

I am also happy about any suggestions on how to cut it a bit. At the 
moment, I am at 3:20 minutes, while we only should use 3:00 minutes.

I have to give the final printed version to the translators by 10:00. So 
please give your feedback, if possible, until 9:00 (yes, that is a.m. CEST).
