[Privsec] feedback from Internet Governance Caucus

I just presented our proposals in the IG caucus coordination session. They
had some useful comments we might want to work on. I have inserted them in
the attached version of the document.
We will also get a three minutes speaking slot tomorrow morning.
Who wants to help with working on both this evening? I will start after
the Content and Themes meeting, 19:00.

PS: I also noticed that consumer protection is dealt with in para 55 (we
complain about the lack of it in 49), though I don't really like the fact
that they don't mention "users" anymore and just treat us all as
"consumers". Any ideas?
