Yep. That was a very quick meeting, with the two outstanding
issues resolved quickly (if a bit strangely):
in 55, both sets of brackets were removed, leaving
"..., in a non-discriminatory way, under applicable national laws, ..."
the logic being that US can read that "non-discriminatory" only
applies to national laws...
and in 52, brackets around "in particular" were removed
with China's approval (Iran wondered what else freedom of exp.
could be used for but dissemination &c of knowledge ...)
However, GRULAG then said they wanted to propose some amendment
to 53 but weren't ready to do it yet, they'll do it tomorrow
(or maybe tonight in subcommittee A plenary).

Ditto in Norway's meeting, observers present and nobody objected.
