Hi all

there is a new version of the documents for the meeting of subcommittee
A on 16:30 room XX

The articles seem to have new numbers. Chapter 3b starts from 60 and so
article 49 is now 60. (Page 4  + 5)

A quick look at the document shows that there is only article 61 that is
in brackets. (Cybercrime-Article).

Is this now the "food-for-thought"-version?
