[Privsec] our workshop proposal for IGF

Dear Ralph, Karen and Gus:
Excellent Job, I was sure that you are planning something for the IGF meeting. This is a proposal that I feel represents the interest of the privacy and security group and it should have their complete support.

I beleive that there should a balance between security and privacy, this is an issue that is not yet adequately addressed (actually I feel that it is one of the emerging issues.

This is a job well done. I fully support it.
