[Privsec] "Global Privacy Forum" contribution sent for IGF consultations

Dear all,

I have just sent our contribution to the IGF preparation team in Geneva.
The final version is attached.

Please: Can you forward it to your contacts at the Council of Europe,
APEC, Office of the HCHR, IAPP? I can take care of EDRI, OECD, EPIC and
the Berlin Group.

The government of Argentina would also be a very good point for sending
this, as they will host the global data protection commissioners’
conference in November 2006. Anybody has a contact there?

All other governments are also welcome, especially the ones that are a bit
more privacy-friendly and might support our proposal.
