[Privsec] support from Berlin Group chairman

Hi all,

I just got a mail from the Berlin Data Protection Commissioner Alexander 
Dix, who supports our proposal for a Global Privacy Forum. The Berlin 
Group will decide about their group support at the next meeting in 
Washington in April.

Rikke and Karen: Was there any chance to mention our contribution during 
today's consultations in Geneva? If yes: Any reactions?
