Dear all,
the WSIS Civil Society Privacy and Security Working Group has received a
last-minute offer to fill a slot at the ITU Cybersecurity meeting (a WSIS
follow-up) that is taking place in Geneva today and tomorrow.
--> Is anyone of you in Geneva and can speak there? The respective panel
is on Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 11:00. It would be good if the person
speaking there could also go to the sessions today (especially session 4
from 14:00-15:30), but this is not absolutely necessary. It would just be
really important to show up on Tuesday and make a point for linking
privacy, trust and security. They also have Sarah Andrews from OECD (a
former EPIC fellow) and someone from the ICC on the panel, so it will be a
rather friendly environment.
Please let me know ASAP if anyone of you can fill this slot. I am willing
to help with the preparations, but can not be in Geneva myself.
Thanks!
Ralf
