First of all: Thanks for that!!!
And welcome Robin as a new member of our group!

Who's doing the final editing?

I see. My impression when reading it was that the three subtopics will all
be discussed.

Well, I still think that re-focusing our lobbying might bring in some
privacy aspects here. After all, it is heavily related to spam and phishing.

The fact that "human rights" are mentioned here also made me think we can
ensure privacy will be discussed here.
In general, no matter what Kofi Annan picks in the end, the concrete
format of the discussions and workshops will be decided by others:
>> workshops by: ITU (cybersecurity), OECD (spam toolkit)
We have to work with those now, that was my point. And there are already
some contacts to both organizations. Remember that we got a panel slot at
the ITU cybersecurity workshop two weeks ago, and there are also some good
people inside OECD.
So: It seems there is no reason for being really happy, but also no reason
to totally give up trying here.
Best, Ralf
