[Rio-GEM] New APC WNSP *GEM Website* up!

Dear All,

Please visit the new GEM website which includes many new features. The new 
site has an entirely new look that makes navigation of the site clearer.

The main features are:

* The GEM Tool which has been extensively revised
* A new section called GEM Practitioners Network where which will be the 
online community of practitioners using GEM. Here you will find the 
evaluation reports of most of our GEM Testers

* You will find GEM's conceptual documents in the section called 
Understanding GEM. These documents have also been revised.

Currently, the English site is almost completely online while the Spanish 
site is still awaiting translation of a number of materials. We should be 
able to get these up by end of this week.

We hope you find the new site useful. Many thanks to Erika, Josefina and 
Kaca for the superhuman effort in getting this online.
